4 medium potatoes, peeled
1 small cauliflower separated into florets
6 leaves of cabbage
1 handful of broccoli florets
1 kg cod fillets

Steam the potato, cauliflower, cabbage, and broccoli for 15 minutes, or until tender
Add the fish fillets and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until flaky
Serve hot or cold
Serves 6 portions
Note: Serve with garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper at the table, allowing each person to season to taste
If your steamer basket is small, steam the vegetables and fish separately.
