1 fish of 1.5 kg (corvina, badejo or cavala)

Season the fish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/4 cup of parsley, and 2 cloves of garlic
Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan, add the remaining whole garlic and fry until golden
Remove the garlic, along with the tomatoes, remaining parsley, and cook for 10 minutes at high heat, stirring occasionally
Add the mussels in shell, scallops in shell, and shrimp with shells, cover the pan, remove from heat and reserve
Butter 2 sheets of parchment paper or aluminum foil with butter, place one on top of the other and arrange the fish on top
Cover with the seafood reserves, drizzle with olive oil and close the package tightly
Place in a baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven (250°C) for 30 minutes
Open the package at the table
Serve 8 portions
