Peel the pears
Cut in half and remove the core
Sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of sugar
Cover with chocolate
Wrap each pear half in heavy-duty aluminum foil
Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 15 minutes
Serve 4 times.
