Peel the mango and cut the pulp into pieces
Blend in a blender with water to obtain a creamy consistency
Douse the pears with the sauce and let it simmer at high heat
Cover the saucepan, reduce the heat, and cook until tender (about 20 minutes) Distribute among four individual plates and serve hot
