100g grated coconut
1/2 cup (ch) milk
1/3 cup (ch) wheat flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

4 ice cream balls

Wash the pears well, cut them in half and slice each half
Squeeze lemon juice on them and reserve
In a medium bowl, mix together the coconut, milk, wheat flour, cinnamon, and stir until it forms a soft dough, like tempura batter
Wrap each pear slice with the dough and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown
Place on paper towels to remove excess oil and serve with your preferred ice cream.
