4 medium pears
1/2 cup of orange juice
2 tablespoons of powdered gelatin
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

Peel the pears and place them in a refrigerator with the orange juice and gelatin
Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes on high heat, stirring halfway through
Remove the pears, dissolve the cocoa powder in the remaining liquid from the refrigerator and bake for an additional 2 minutes
Let it cool, then serve with the pears
If desired, garnish with mint leaves.
