1/2 cup of chopped parsley
1/4 cup of chopped thyme
1/4 cup of oregano
1 large turkey breast (5 kg)
1 bottle of white wine
1/3 cup of mustard
1/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce
Caramelized Sugar
3 cups of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/3 cup of ketchup
14 small marshmallows

In a bowl, mix the herbs and set aside
Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush with wine, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce
Sprinkle the herb mixture over the turkey and inside cavities
Cover it with aluminum foil and roast at high temperature for four hours or until the meat is tender
Baste it occasionally with the juices that form in the pan
When the meat is cooked, remove the foil and roast until golden brown
Caramelized Sugar
In a saucepan, mix sugar, water, vinegar, and ketchup
Heat over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves
Remove the marshmallows from their wrappers, add them to the saucepan, cover it, and simmer for 20 minutes or until they are tender.
