Boil the salted pork for 3 minutes
Drain, cut into cubes, and fry in butter until soft and golden
Add the chicken faggots cut into 4 pieces and fry for a few minutes until they are browned on the outside, but still pink on the inside
Cover and cook slowly for 3 minutes
Remove from heat and add the cream
Season
Simmer without letting it boil
Use immediately with 250g (1/2 package) of fettuccine or tagliatelle
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese
Serves 3 to 4 people.
