3 cups of roasted or cooked turkey, cut into cubes
4 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
1/2 cup of whipped cream
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
pepper to taste
3 cups of roasted or cooked turkey, cut into cubes

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, add the flour and whipped cream, and mix well until thickened
Add the turkey and all other ingredients except the remaining butter
Melt this butter in a larger skillet and add the previous mixture
Season without covering for 25 minutes
If desired, let the mixture brown slightly on top before serving in the oven, then serve
