Clean the turkey breast and marinate it in wine vinegar. Before putting it in the oven, fill it with the following stuffing:
3 cups of breadcrumbs or cornflake crumbs passed through a blender
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup finely chopped onion
2/3 cup chopped bacon
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 hand of cooked and chopped spinach (drained)
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 to 1 cup chicken broth

2/3 to 1 cup chicken broth
Mix the first 5 ingredients
Cook the onion, bacon, and garlic in butter until it's soft
Add the mixture to the first blend along with the remaining ingredients and mix gently
Stuff the turkey breast and close it so that it doesn't escape
Baste with wine vinegar while baking.
