In a bowl, mix the first five ingredients
Season and reserve
Heat up a grill and then sear each tuna piece seasoned with salt in olive oil
Let it cook for a few minutes until golden brown
Flip and brown the other side
Assemble the reserved ingredients on a platter and top with the tuna
Serve hot or cold
