Preheat the oven and grease a baking dish with olive oil
On one side, season 2 fillets of bass with salt and pepper
Mix 2 tablespoons of black olives with 1 clove of garlic, thyme, and parsley
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Season the mixture with pepper and use it to coat the fish, using a brush or your hands
Place the fish in the baking dish and drizzle ½ cup (chá) of dry white wine over it
Bake for 10 minutes
Separate 1 or 2 cups of white rice and cook according to instructions.
