Mix the olive oil with the juice of 1 lemon
Brush the two chicken halves with this marinade and let it marinate for 20 minutes
Melt the butter
Place the chicken in a roasting pan, brush with melted butter, and put it in the preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes
While that's cooking, submerge the remaining two lemons in boiling water for 3 minutes and slice them into thin wedges
Remove the chicken from the oven
Season with salt, black pepper, and Sichuan pepper
Top the chicken pieces with lemon slices and bacon strips
Roast in a preheated oven at 350°F for 35 minutes.
