1 tender turkey breast without bones
2 jars of orange marmalade
0.5 kg of oranges
1 cup of sugar
0.25 cup of water
1 bottle of dry white wine

Remove the skin from the turkey, leaving all the fat behind
Make superficial cuts on the fat forming squares
Pour half of the bottle of dry white wine over the turkey
Place in the oven for 40 minutes, basting with the remaining wine from time to time
Retrieve from the oven
Let it cool slightly
Cover with orange marmalade and place back in the oven for an additional 20 minutes
To garnish, combine oranges, sugar, and water in a saucepan
Simmer until a thick syrup forms without allowing the oranges to break down or the syrup to become too thick
Remove the turkey from the roasting pan
Combine the remaining glaze with the syrup and oranges
Spoon some on top and serve the rest separately
Yields 10-12 servings.
