1/2 cup cooked spinach in water and salt
3 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and grated cheese to taste

Salt and grated cheese to taste
Season the fish with lemon, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and minced garlic
Dredge in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown
Reserve in a refrigerator
Mushroom Sauce: melt margarine in olive oil and sauté onion until transparent
Dissolve flour in milk, add to the pan, and whisk constantly
Add grated cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and whisk well
Remove from heat and stir in chopped spinach
Stir vigorously and pour over fish fillets
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until golden brown.
