Fry the garlic in olive oil until it starts to brown
Add the shrimp and squid and cook for 5 minutes; don't let it boil too much so the seafood doesn't become tough. Reserve
Mix the mayonnaise, red pepper flakes, parsley, lime juice, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl
Add the whipped cream or heavy cream
Combine the shrimp and squid
Arrange the sliced mango on a platter and alongside it arrange the seafood salad
Garnish with hortelã leaves
