4 tuna steaks (960 g)
Tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of coriander, ground
1/2 teaspoon of lime zest, grated

1 medium onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, seeded and cut into small cubes

Add the garlic and onion and sauté, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown
Add the tomato and coriander, season with salt and black pepper to taste, and let it simmer
Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and cook for 15 minutes

Season the tuna steaks with salt and black pepper
Heat a grill and brush it with olive oil
Grill the tuna on both sides, taking care not to overcook it
Add the lime zest to the sauce and stir
