Season the cod fillets with lemon juice and salt
Dust them with all-purpose flour and set aside
In a large skillet, melt the butter over high heat
Arrange the cod fillets side by side, reduce the heat, cover, and cook, flipping halfway through cooking time, until the fish flakes easily (about 5 minutes)
Add the Gorgonzola cheese and milk, stir well, and let it simmer
