Season the sardines with salt, lemon juice, and garlic
Place in a 22cm x 29cm dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until, when piercing a sardine tip with a fork, it falls apart in flakes
Serve accompanied by peas
