Mixture
1 cup of all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
2 tablespoons of orange juice
Milk for brushing
Filling
3 ripe pears, peeled and cored
3 tablespoons of ground almonds
2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
Orange zest from 1 orange
1/4 teaspoon of almond extract
Mixture
1 cup of all-purpose flour

Filling
3 ripe pears, peeled and cored

Lightly grease a baking dish
Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the butter
Add the yogurt, orange juice, and mix until firm dough forms
If needed, add more flour
Roll out half the dough thinly and cut six 7.5 cm diameter circles
Peel and halve the pears, removing cores. Reserve
Mix the filling ingredients
Place spoonfuls of the filling into the pear cavities and cover with dough
Cut remaining dough into thin strips
Lay the strips over the pears in a checkerboard pattern and brush with milk
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Bake in a medium preheated oven until golden brown
Serve warm, decorated with sliced almonds and fresh fruits.
