1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in milk
1/2 cup of milk
100g of Parmesan cheese

Stuff the prawns with the following cream: dissolve the cornstarch with the milk and egg yolk, making a creamy mixture
Add the chopped prosciutto and fig paté
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake until lightly browned.
