3 cups (shredded) of cabbage, cut into thin strips
1 medium onion, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Juice from 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 cup (shredded) of mayonnaise

Using a large colander, blanch the cabbage and onion in boiling water
Drain well until all excess water is removed
Cut the parsley into cubes and season with lemon juice
In a salad bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, and parsley
Season with salt and black pepper
Wrap all ingredients with mayonnaise and serve immediately.
