Make a hole in the center of the meat, throughout its entire length, in the direction of its length
Season the meat, inside and out, with the garlic and salt mixture
Cut the bacon slices into pieces and the abobora into thin slices
Stuff the meat and sew the opening
In a pan, heat the oil and brown the meat on all sides
Add water and cook covered in a pan, turning occasionally, until it's tender (about 2 hours), adding more water as needed
Serve in 20 portions.
