1 picanha

1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of white dry wine

Remove all the fat from the picanha
Heat the oil in a large pot
Add the picanha, let it brown well and flip to the other side
Add the water and 3 anchovy fillets
Cover the pot and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, adding more water if necessary
When the meat is tender, remove from the pot and slice into thin strips
Prepare the sauce: blend in a blender the tuna, liquid from the can, mayonnaise, remaining anchovy fillets, and wine
Place the sauce over the slices of meat, hot or cold
Serve 20 slices.
