6 peppers (the green ones have a stronger flavor and the red ones are sweeter) - 600g of ground beef

Fry the onion and garlic until the onion is translucent
Add the ground beef and cook well
Add the tomato puree and season with salt and pepper
After cooking well, mix the rice with the beef
Turn off the heat and reserve
Cut the top of the pepper
Remove the seeds and fill with the mixture
Close the pepper with its own lid pressed with skewers
Place a baking dish refractory and cover with thick tomato and onion slices to prevent the peppers from sticking to the bottom
Put them in the dish and bake in a medium oven until the peppers are cooked.
