2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of red wine
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cut a lid off each pepper at an angle
Remove the seeds and set aside
In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until softened
Add the ground beef and cook until browned
Stir to get it nicely colored
Drizzle the cut peppers with red wine, then let them drain well and add to the meat mixture
Add the tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper, and simmer for a bit longer
Don't let it dry out too much
Fill the peppers and sprinkle with shredded cheese
Bake in a medium oven until the peppers are tender.
