3 medium red peppers

Wash the peppers
Cut off the top and remove the seeds
In a pan, heat the oil, sauté the onion and garlic
Add the meat, season with salt, black pepper, and let it cook for 5 minutes
Turn off the heat, mix in the margarine and chopped patty
Let it cool slightly
Sprinkle with cilantro and fill the peppers
Secure the top with a toothpick
Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and put them in a preheated oven at 1800°F for 15 minutes, then serve hot.
