2 measures of clear rum
2 measures of pineapple juice
2 tablespoons (or 1/2 cup) of coconut milk
a few drops of Angostura (optional)
1 pinch of salt
4 to 5 cubes of ice
1 slice of pineapple for garnish
1 maraschino cherry for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well
Serve in a decorated glass with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry
