    For 4 portions, cut two squares of aluminum foil measuring 45 cm. Cut into four squares. In the middle of each square (doubled up, place one tablespoon of oil and one tablespoon of corn popping mixture. Lift the four corners of the aluminum foil and press in the middle to form a truxinha. Seal well. With twine, tie each truxinha to a long stick. Have each child (or adult) hold their truxinha directly over the flame and shake frequently until the corn has popped. Open the truxinha and sprinkle with salt."
