For the filling
1 chopped onion
4 tablespoons of oil
500g ground beef
1 cube of beef broth crumbled
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 cooked eggs

1 tablespoon of sugar
30g yeast for bread
4 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of warm milk
2 egg yolks
200g butter at room temperature

1 egg yolk lightly beaten

Fry the onion in oil until soft
Add the ground beef and mix constantly for 3 minutes
Add the crumbled broth and mix
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat starts to brown
Add the wheat flour and season with salt and pepper
Remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons of water
Mix well and let cool
Add the cooked egg and mix
Prepare the dough: sprinkle sugar over yeast and let rest for 10 minutes
Combine flour, milk, egg yolks, butter, and a pinch of salt
Knead until smooth and homogenous
Let rest for 5 minutes
Divide into five parts
Roll each part into a 3cm diameter cylinder
Cut into pieces about 2.5cm long
Open with your hand, forming a circle about 8cm in diameter
Place 1/2 tablespoon of the prepared filling on each dough circle
Raise the edges of the dough and close tightly
Place in greased baking dish
Brush with egg yolk
Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Yield: about 45 units.
