Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 3 minutes on medium power
Remove from the oven and mix until smooth
Transfer to a clean and dry refrigerator and mix the chocolate until it reaches room temperature, so when you touch it with your lips, it feels cold
Fill a mold specifically designed for truffles with melted dark chocolate and insert the lollipop stick into place
Place in the refrigerator and let set until the mold becomes opaque
Remove from the refrigerator and demold carefully
Let set completely
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and remove from heat
Divide it into several portions and reserve one portion of white chocolate
Add coloring to each portion of melted white chocolate and mix until color is uniform
Place the white chocolate in a piping bag and create details such as ears, whiskers, teeth or eyes on the truffles
Also decorate the truffle balls
Use colored chocolate to make details such as the palette or even the rabbit's nose
Combine the colored parts with a small amount of melted chocolate
Let set at room temperature for 1 hour
Wrap in cellophane and finish with ribbon.
