1/2 cup olive oil
8 medium onions, chopped not too fine
anchovy fillets
black olives

Heat the olive oil and add the onions
Cook slowly for 4 minutes or until the onions are tender but not browned
Do not let them fry
Shape two pizza forms of 30 cm diameter with the brioche dough below
Cover with the onion mixture
Make a pattern with anchovy fillets and place an olive in the center of each square
Bake in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
