1 kg of chicken thighs and wings

2 tablespoons of tamarind paste (found in health food stores)
4 ripe tomatoes diced
1 can of coconut milk
2 onions diced
2 tablespoons of mango chutney (found in supermarkets)
3 tablespoons of curry powder (Indian seasoning found in supermarkets)

Heat the oil and brown the chicken
Let all the liquid that forms evaporate
Add the garlic and onion and stir until they are soft
Add the tomato and stir for five minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and let cook until the chicken is tender and a thick sauce forms
Serve with white rice or coconut rice.
