Ingredients:
Dough:
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 envelope of active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of warm water
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Topping:
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 cup of ricotta cheese, crumbled
2 zucchinis, sliced into thin rounds
1/2 teaspoon of oregano

Dough shape: 35 cm diameter greased with olive oil

Preparation:
Step 1:
Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in a processor
Mix in the warm water and olive oil, until smooth
Step 2:
Transfer to a floured surface and knead for a few minutes
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for an hour
Step 3:
Preheat oven to high temperature
Roll out the dough to a circle of 35 cm diameter
Place in a greased pan
Topping:
Mix olive oil and ricotta cheese until smooth
Spread over the dough, arrange zucchini slices on top, and sprinkle with oregano
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
