Milk Bread Dough
1 packet of biological yeast (15g)
1/2 cup warm milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter
Salt to taste
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Filling
200g ricotta cheese
100g mozzarella cheese
100g ham
1/2 cup chopped green olives
Salt and oregano to taste

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk
Mix together the egg, butter, salt, and gradually add the flour
Work the dough until it's smooth and even
Let it rest until it's doubled in volume
Filling: Blend ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ham in a food processor
Add chopped green olives, salt, and oregano
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to form a rectangle
Fill and roll into a cylindrical shape like a croissant
Place in a baking dish and let it rest for another 20 minutes
Brush with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown
