1 light zucchini

2 cups (sopa) of Cottage cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

In a pan, sauté the zucchini with a little olive oil
Set aside
Cut the bell pepper in half
Each half will be a pizza base
Place half of the zucchini on top of each one and, above that, add the cheese
Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste
Bake in a medium oven (180°C) for 10 to 15 minutes.
