Core the pears, leaving them intact with the stems
Cook with water and sugar in a saucepan for 20 minutes
When they're well tender, remove and reserve in the refrigerator
Reduce the syrup to half and join the chocolate cut into pieces to melt quickly
Next, add the butter and mix until you get a smooth and shiny glaze
Remove from heat
Divide the ice cream into 6 portions and place them on cold plates
Place one pear per plate and drizzle with the warm chocolate sauce.
