Dissolve the sugar in 2 cups of pineapple juice over low heat
Remove from heat and mix with the remaining pineapple juice
Add the lemon juice and rum, mixing well
Place in the freezer
Serve in daiquiri glasses, approximately twenty servings of 150g each.
