2 bottles of chilled white wine (1,440 ml)
1 large pineapple peeled and cored, cut into cubes
5 ripe red strawberries without seeds, cut into cubes with the skin (150 g each)
1 cup sugar
1 bottle of chilled champagne (750 ml)
3 bottles of Club Soda or Soda Cristal chilled
2 bottles of chilled white wine (1,440 ml)
1 large pineapple peeled and cored, cut into cubes

1 cup sugar
1 bottle of chilled champagne (750 ml)
3 bottles of Club Soda or Soda Cristal chilled
Place the pineapple and strawberries in a bowl
Sprinkle sugar on top
Add 1 bottle of wine
Refrigerate for about 2 hours or more to macerate
Just before serving, add the second bottle of wine, champagne, and Club Soda
Pour into a punch bowl and serve
