1 large container of strawberries
1 bottle of sparkling water with sugar
2 bottles of white wine
1 bottle of champagne
to taste

Remove the stems from the strawberries, wash thoroughly
Place in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar
Add 1 bottle of white wine
Refrigerate and let it rest for 1 hour or more
Just before serving, add the sparkling water, remaining white wine, and champagne
Serve chilled.
