1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients except the crystal sugar and whole pork tenderloins
Heat in a pan and stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture comes away from the bottom of the pan
Pour the mixture into a greased tray or mold and let it cool down
Moisten the edges with cold water and use small pieces of the mixture to form balls about the size of an almond
Dust with crystal sugar and place pork tenderloin strips on top of each cookie
Let them dry and arrange in paper muffin liners.
