Cook, stirring, until the sauce becomes transparent and thick
Add the ham cut into squares, pineapple in syrup cut into squares, and green pepper
Cook, stirring, for about 10 minutes
Serve with rice
If you prefer a reddish sauce, add 1 tablespoon of spicy ketchup
Serve 4 portions.
