Mix the pumpkin and beaten eggs, add the butter, ginger, cinnamon, and mix well
Add the milk and grated orange zest
Pour into buttered ramekins or a 1-liter baking dish and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 30-40 minutes
If desired, you can also bake it in a 1-hour to 1 1/2 hour time frame.
