In a pot, combine all the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool

1 Blend in a blender the plums and milk
Transfer to a bowl and add sugar and eggs
Mix well
Heat the oven to 350°F
2 Transfer the mixture to a round mold with a hole in the center and bake in a water bath until, when inserting a stick into the pudding, it comes out clean
3 Let cool, unmold, and drizzle with syrup
Keep refrigerated for at least two hours before serving.
