Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature (170°)
In a bowl, mix together condensed milk, lemon juice, beaten egg yolks, and mashed bananas
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and fold them into the previous mixture
Pour this mixture into the cake crust and bake for about 20 minutes
Remove from the oven, sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the cake, and return to the oven just to brown.
