Cook the rice for about 5 minutes in boiling water
Drain and pour it into scalding milk
When the rice is cooked, add sugar, butter or margarine, chocolate chips, and grated lime rind
Let it cool while stirring constantly with a wooden spoon
Next, add the two egg yolks and stiffly beaten egg whites
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold and bake in a medium oven for about an hour
Let it rest for a bit after removing from the oven, then unmold and place it on a tray, dusting with confectioner's sugar
You can also decorate it with a chocolate cream filling containing a design related to Easter.
