Soak the oats in the milk for about an hour or so
Then add the grated coconut, seasonings, egg yolks one at a time, butter, port wine, and finally whipped egg whites, stirring constantly
When the mixture is well combined, pour it into a greased and floured mold and bake in a hot oven until golden brown.
