Cook the bananas in a little water
When they're soft, drain and strain them through a sieve
Combine the wine and butter, beating everything well; add the sugar and egg yolks
When the mixture is smooth, pour it into a 2-liter soufflé dish and bake in a slow oven for 45 minutes to an hour
