For the pudding
2 1/2 cups of instant chocolate powder
1 can of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of melted butter
4 eggs

4 egg yolks
1/3 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 vanilla bean or 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Mix all pudding ingredients well
Pour into a 20 cm diameter cake pan, greased with butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour
Let it cool slightly and unmold
Prepare the sauce: mix all ingredients
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened, but do not let it boil
Remove the vanilla bean and serve warm over the pudding
