Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding the sugar while constantly beating to obtain a firm meringue
Add the orange jelly and liqueur, incorporating them carefully
Pour into a well-greased pudding mold, place in a water bath, and bake until golden brown on top and clean when tested with a skewer
Allow to cool
Unmold
Melt the orange jelly with the liqueur and pour over the pudding
You can also vary by using quince jelly and apricot liqueur
